Pre-Approved Customers

Happy man checking the mail

Congratulations,

on your pre-approval.

Have you received a recent loan offer in the mail from Worth Finance, and are looking for more information? You’ve come to the right place! Below you’ll find all the information you need about our preapproval process.

Worth Finance occasionally works with our reporting partners at TransUnion to identify consumers that meet our underwriting standards and extend to them a preapproved loan offer. You’re preapproved loan offer may have come in the form of a pre-signed check. Included with these checks is a full breakdown of your loan offer, including the amount of your loan offer, a breakdown of your payment terms, and info on which of our offices you can reach out to for more information.

How do I receive the proceeds of my loan offer?

It’s simple! All you do is cash the included check from your loan offer. This can be done through your bank, or through any other check cashing service. Once you have cashed your check, we receive notice of your loan and will reach out to you to go over the details of your payments and answer any questions you may have about your loan terms. You will also receive a copy of your loan contract and additional paperwork and disclosures in the mail.

What if I don’t need the cash right now?

These pre-approved checks do not carry any credit obligation and the choice not to accept the offer will not affect your credit in any way. All you need to do is destroy (rip in half or shred) the included check to invalidate it. If you would like to be excluded from future offers such as this, please call any of our centers and we will be happy to have you removed from further solicitation. In addition, you can directly file a non-solicitation request with TransUnion to prevent any similar pre-approved credit offers from arriving in the future.

How does Worth Finance protect my identity?

Worth Finance works with our clearing banks to maintain a strong fraud detection and prevention program that looks at things like signature construction, loan amount, cashing timeframe, etc. This allows us to catch fraudulent transactions before they clear and prevent any negative effects on the recipients of our loan offers. We maintain strict internal controls to catch and address any kind of identity theft, but in the rare case that someone is able to use your information to engage with Worth Finance, you can reach out to us directly and we will be happy to help you remedy the situation as swiftly as possible. Check here for a more detailed look at our identity theft policy and fraud remediation procedures.
